Most of our herbal extracts are in stock and ready for shipment, but it also depends on customs clearance and the speed of logistics. Air shipments generally take 5-7 working days and sea shipments generally take 30-40 working days for customers to receive their goods
Most of our raw materials are sourced from North-western China, a zero-pollution region. We guarantee the safety of our raw materials at source.
You can use the lower cost Western Union, or PayPal if you are comfortable with slightly higher fees, but please note that for new customers we only accept 30% T/T payments, and we do offer a 30 day delay in payment if you have been with us for many years and are experiencing cash flow pressures.
